These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77aac ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all services, games, features, and content accessible through the 77aac website and any associated mobile interfaces.

Your continued use of the 77aac platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Any translation provided for convenience does not override the English version. For players accessing the platform from Bangladesh, the English version of these Terms is the authoritative document.

1.1 Relationship Between Documents

These Terms should be read alongside the 77aac Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any bonus-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific document will take precedence for the matter in question.

To register and maintain an account on the 77aac platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2.1 One Account Per Player

The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77aac account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 77aac will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity occurring under your account credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 77aac support team at [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

77aac operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with industry standards. As part of this process, we may request copies of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, or a valid passport
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and number)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months)

KYC verification is typically required before processing the first withdrawal and may be requested again at any time for compliance purposes. 4.1 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

4.2 Deposit Processing

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer will be clearly stated in the promotion details. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in eligible games before a withdrawal of the bonus-derived winnings can be requested.

5.2 Game Weighting

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77aac platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using false, stolen, or fabricated personal information.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place bets through your 77aac account.

77aac reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms
• A player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicious transaction patterns are identified that warrant investigation under 77aac's AML procedures
• A player is confirmed to be under 18 years of age
• A player requests voluntary self-exclusion
• Legal or regulatory obligations require 77aac to restrict access for a specific player

8.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Any player may request the closure of their 77aac account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 77aac will process any outstanding withdrawals of legitimate funds to the player's verified payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Accounts closed at the player's request may be re-opened upon request, provided the player has not also requested self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a formal self-exclusion. Self-exclusion closes the account and prevents re-registration for a minimum period of six months. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be removed from all marketing communications. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 77aac may apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts to cover administrative costs, provided that the account balance is sufficient to cover this fee. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. No dormancy fee will reduce an account balance below zero.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77aac and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated winnings
• Loss of data or account information as a result of a cyberattack or data breach beyond 77aac's reasonable control
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical faults beyond 77aac's reasonable control
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions
• Decisions made on the basis of information published on the 77aac website, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions

77aac's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 77aac account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 77aac platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 77aac makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.

77aac reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on record and/or via a prominent notice on the 77aac website. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 77aac platform, you are encouraged to contact the customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. 77aac commits to investigating all disputes in good faith and providing a written response within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, players may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels in accordance with applicable law.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 77aac Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77aac with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
